This recently opening day spa in an historic building in Sonoma (off the plaza) is definitely worth checking out! I had an amazing deep tissue massage in a gorgeous room with a fireplace - given by the owner, Lana.  My massage was followed by a Lilac facial (with bonus hand and foot scrub) given by Sierra.  I floated out of there.  The spa is gorgeous with a boutique full of great organic products, soaps, and jewelry.  This woman-owned spa is a great addition to Sonoma and highly recommend it

Lilac Day Spa is a most wonderful experience.  Very professional, inviting and relaxing. I had an osmosis facial which was absolutely soothing and relaxing..  Lana goes above and beyond the average facial, spa experience.  The spa surroundings are aesthetically pleasing without a lot of normal, loud spa music.  Very gentle and caring.

An absolute GEM of a day spa, and so grateful to have discovered it! My friends and I drove in from Marin to take a 24 hour Mommy break and had an incredible experience; couldn't recommend it enough. Madison, the manager, was so flexible and helpful in arranging services for the 3 of us, at the same time, on a Sunday. They had massages, and I had an
exceptional organic facial with microdermabrasion with Shinka.... And in full transparency, I'm not even sure I'm remembering her name correctly because the facial was like an out of body experience; it was soooo relaxing I felt stoned, and my skin is glowing. The spa itself feels like a little oasis of peace; beautifully decorated, and you really feel the love
​of the people who work there. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Lilac Spa

Having very sensitive skin my whole life I have often steered clear of spa treatments but I am so glad to have found this spa.
Sierra gave me the best facial of my life today! Her technique was amazing and she is very knowledgeable about the products she was using. The results: my skin is glowing, feels so moisturized, and soothed. They included neck and shoulder massage that were wonderful as well. I loved that all the skin care lines are carefully curated by the owner to be organic or biodynamic and am looking forward to using them.Between Sierra's skill (and kindness), the spa ambiance,
and the quality of products they carry, I couldn't be happier.

I just want to give a shout out to a wonderful new spa we have in town on Napa Street, Lilac Day Spa and Massage.
Although I have always appreciated healthy selfcare and the benefits of massage, I have never been a “Spa”
person primarily because I felt that is more of a luxury than a necessity and just not practical for me……
it seemed something you do as a “tourist”. However, yesterday I had the pleasure of meeting with my friend Sierra,
a very skilled Esthetician at Lilac who also happens to specialize in Lymphatic Drainage massage! Awesome!
She introduced me to Lana, the owner, who is very welcoming and knowledgeable. Lana has successfully created a warm, calm and inviting space……beautifully designed! Sierra kindly gave me a mini tour of the space and I discovered
that they offer several different services all in one convenient location! 
( Their website lists the different services they offer) Sierra then took me into a private room where she provided an AMAZING cleansing and healing facial along with a lymphatic drainage massage. WOW!!! It was relaxing and invigorating at the same time. I LOVED it! I was pleasantly surprised at how intensive the treatment/experience was, and I cannot even express into words the relief I have felt from the lymphatic drainage massage that Sierra provided. In fact,
today is the first time in, I can’t even remember how long, that I woke up and DID NOT feel burning in my shoulder!!!
That is the first thing I noticed this morning!! And my skin feels so soft and hydrated! As a local here in Sonoma, a big stand out tome is the feeling that this is not just another “tourist” location that is impractical for those of us who live and work here day in and day out, but a place that locals and tourists alike can enjoy and benefit from. I personally felt welcomed, I appreciate the skill level of both Sierra and Lana, and plan to visit again for the benefit of my mental and physical health.
I highly recommend!
